Reflection Essay

• Reflect on your journey into computational thinking as a designer and relate/compare it to your design projects/process/thinking.
• Word limit: 1500 (do not exceed!)
• The use of images to accompany your essay is encouraged, but this is not a graphic design exercise (and will not be graded as such).

Suggestions

For weekly documentation, consider the following learning points:

• development process of the project.
• points of failure / difficulty (challenges) and how they were addressed.
• what worked and what did not worked as expected when trying out the project with other people.
• what can be improved. (what you would have done differently)

For reflection essay, consider the following points:

• compare computational thinking to the process for previous design projects.
• how might you incorporate computational thinking in a design project?
• give specific examples of how you can apply computational thinking as a designer.
